On January 20, 2009 -- a day that will live in infamy -- the United States of America was suddenly and deliberately attacked by covert Marxist radicals from the Chicago machine.

The United States was at peace with itself, secure in the blessings of what would be possible from a robust although temporarily stagnant economy.  The President-Elect was still in conversation with the voters of America and, at the solicitation of Barack Obama, the conversation continued with the people looking forward to the maintenance of hope and change in America.

Indeed, two days after Obama and his horde of radical Marxists had only begun to assemble in the White House the young president signed executive orders that included an order to close the prison at Guantanamo.  He also reversed a Bush executive order dealing with classified documents and he signed a $787 Billion stimulus as an apparent reward for those who had worked to place him in office.  With no understood authority he fired the CEO of General Motors and he extorted concessions from secured creditors of the General Motors and Chrysler automakers who subordinated their claims against the two bankrupt giants in deference to the unsecured claims of laborers over they who had financed the businesses.   There had been no threat or hint of a war on our economy or of any hope or change of such magnitude.

It will be recorded that the precision with which the attack on the economy was conducted makes it obvious that the attack was deliberately planned many weeks or even months prior.   During the intervening time, the Obama campaign and president-elect staff had deliberately sought to deceive the United States by false statements and expressions of hope and change throughout a long election campaign.

The attack on the American economy has caused severe damage to the American economy.  I regret to tell you that very many American lives have been destroyed due to the loss of jobs and the inability to meet mortgage obligations.  Foreclosures have destroyed the American dream for many families.   In addition, the American healthcare system has been reported torpedoed in the Congress by the House and the Senate.   

The White House also launched an attack on the State of Arizona, preferring lawlessness over enforcement of immigration laws.    

White House forces attacked the energy industry through continuing attempts to halt off-shore drilling in the Gulf of Mexico, introduce Cap and Trade and Climate Change proposals.  

White House forces attacked peaceful Americans who had assembled in Tea Parties and Town Hall Meetings to protest Obama sponsored legislation.

The White House attacked the Cambridge Police Department.  

White House forces attacked Christians by telling the world we are not a Christian nation and emphasizing the strength of Islam in this country.  

The White House attacked the Constitution with plans for executive orders to provide amnesty to those in America illegally.

And, the White House attacked the 2nd Amendment by supporting restrictive weapons resolutions in the United Nations.  

Obama has, therefore, undertaken a surprise offensive extending throughout the American government, the American economy and within the population itself.   The facts speak for themselves.   The people of the United States have already formed their opinions and well understand the implications to the very life and safety of our nation.  

As an American Patriot I strongly proclaim that all measures must be taken for our defense.   But always will our whole nation remember the character of the onslaught against us.   

No matter how long it may take us to overcome this premeditated assault, the American people in their righteous might will win through to absolute victory.

I believe that I interpret the will of the American people that we must elect a new Congress in 2010 and a new president in 2012.  When I assert that we will not only defend ourselves to the uttermost, but will make it very certain that this form of treachery shall never again endanger us.

Hostilities exist. There is no blinking at the fact that our people, our territory, and our interests are in grave danger.

With confidence in our private sector, with the unbounding determination of our people, we will gain the inevitable triumph -- so help us God.

I ask that the American People declare that since the unprovoked and dastardly attack by the Obama Administration beginning January 20, 2009, a state of defiance has existed between the American People and the Obama Administration.
