Eric Holder - RACIST
This country spent decades where people broke the law and deliberately prevented minorities from exercising their right to vote. The practice was deplorable and ultimately in every administration following Truman these practices were eliminated. One Attorney General after another worked diligently to ensure that attempts to intimidate persons from exercising their right to vote were investigated and stopped. Where possible, perpetrators were prosecuted.
Unfortunately, there is a new sheriff in town. This Attorney General, Eric Holder, a man who should go down in infamy, elects to ignore instances of voter intimidation if those being intimidated are white and the intimidators are black. He thinks us whiny if we compare those Black Panthers at the Philadelphia polling place in 2008 as anything similar to what "my people" endured for decades.
Should the purpose of an Attorney General be to compare transgressions of today against transgressions of the past and use the simile to determine whether today's transgression is simply "payback" and unworthy of prosecution? Is racism not racism regardless of the victim and the perpetrator? Is the Attorney General position one to be held with an intent of getting even on behalf of "my people?"
The Congress needs to impeach this Attorney General. This wasn't an idle interview in which Eric Holder made this known. It was during testimony to a Congressional committee:
Eric Holder: Black Panther Case Focus Demeans 'My People'
Holder's frustration over the criticism became evident during a House Appropriations subcommittee hearing as Rep. John Culberson (R-Texas) accused the Justice Department of failing to cooperate with a Civil Rights Commission investigation into the handling of the 2008 incident in which Black Panthers in intimidating outfits and wielding a club stood outside a polling place in Philadelphia.

If there is to be any semblance of justice in the Obama Administration this man must be removed from his job as Attorney General. Odd that the media was intent on removing John Ashworth for covering statues he found embarrassing yet this same media has not called for the removal of a racist Attorney General who only selectively enforces the law.
